Job Role Overview

Bolton Clarke is a leading provider of aged care services in Australia, with a focus on delivering high-quality support to residents. Our team of Personal Care Workers play a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing and independence of our residents.

As a Personal Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing assistance to residents with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and engaging in social activities. You will also work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our residents.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
  • Experience working in a similar role or as a carer
