Senior Aged Care Manager

We seek an experienced leader to manage the delivery of high-quality care at one of our residential aged care homes. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring residents receive person-centred care, facilitating their enjoyment of life within their capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality and personalised care to all residents
- Maintain knowledge of aged care sector standards and processes
- Implement continuous improvement principles in response to clinical and quality audits
- Develop, monitor, and implement nurse care plans, assessing, planning, and evaluating existing care plans
- Perform comprehensive assessments and investigate issues and incidents
- Ensure compliance with aged care standards and relevant policies and procedures
- Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Nurses (RNs) and Personal Care Workers (PCWs)
- Permanent Full-Time position
- Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA
- Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience as an RN
- Experience as a Senior Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse Leader (desirable)
- Demonstrated working knowledge of current aged care standards, accreditation, and auditing processes, and AN-ACC
- Personal and professional commitment to delivering high-quality care and continuous improvement
- Solid leadership skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
