Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering personalized care to all residents.
  • Ensuring compliance with aged care standards and policies.
  • Supervising, training, and mentoring RNs and PCWs.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA.
  • Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience as an RN.
  • Experience as a Senior Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse Leader (desirable).
  • Working knowledge of current aged care standards, accreditation, and auditing processes.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to join our team on a permanent full-time basis at Cunningham Villas in Bowen.

As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating and supporting residents' continued enjoyment of life within their capability. You will work closely with our General Manager and other teams to ensure consistently high-quality care is provided.
