We are seeking an experienced clinical manager to lead our teams in delivering high-quality care to residents.

About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring resident-centered care, facilitating their continued enjoyment of life within their level of capability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, personalized care to all residents.
  • Maintain knowledge of aged care sector standards and requirements.
  • Develop and implement nurse care plans and assess existing care plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and investigate issues and incidents.
  • Evaluate and improve care services using continuous improvement principles.
  • Ensure compliance with aged care standards and policies.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor RNs and PCWs.

About You
  • Current nursing registration with AHPRA.
  • Minimum 3 years post-registration experience as an RN.
  • Experience as a senior registered nurse or clinical nurse leader (desirable).
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of current aged care standards, accreditation, and auditing processes.
  • Personal and professional commitment to delivering high-quality care and continuous improvement.
  • Solid leadership skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
