Administrative Support Professional
This role delivers comprehensive administrative and office support services to ensure efficient operation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the function manager and team.
- Managing diaries, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Supporting financial administration and recordkeeping.
- Acting as central point of contact for customer inquiries.
The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills and be able to manage competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
They will also support continuous improvement initiatives and business reporting requirements.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Completed Year 12 (or equivalent) with English and Mathematics.
- Demonstrated general administration experience.
- Knowledge of basic office management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
