The role involves:

  • Encouraging and motivating clients to find their own employment;
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities;
  • Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to positive outcomes;
  • Ensuring all activities are appropriately recorded, documented, and adhere to compliance requirements;
  • Providing exceptional service to clients, employers, and stakeholders throughout the process.

Key qualifications include:

  • Customer service or client-facing experience;
  • Ideal experience working with people overcoming challenges;
  • Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
  • Ability to work towards KPIs and make placements resulting in sustainable employment;
  • Desire to contribute to an organization promoting human potential through creative problem-solving and collaboration.
