Job Role:

As a Workforce Australia Employment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our participants (job seekers) to transform their lives.

This exciting and rewarding role involves working closely with stakeholders, including employers and our participants, to deliver tailored employment solutions. You will be based at an APM office in Noosaville QLD, where you will work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment achieving great outcomes and making a difference together.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employment Opportunity Identification
  2. Participant Support and Skill Enhancement
  3. Quality Service Delivery and Compliance
  4. Training and Support Service Referrals
  5. Personalised Job Plan Development
  6. Relationship Building and Maintenance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  1. Eligibility to work in Australia
  2. A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  3. A MyGovID (Standard level)
  4. Willingness to complete a National Police Check
  5. Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  6. Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
