Your responsibilities will include identifying and securing employment opportunities for participants with local employers, supporting them to identify skills to become job ready, delivering quality service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements, enhancing participants' employability through training and support service referrals, developing personalized job plans for clear employment pathways, and building and maintaining positive relationships with local employers and community groups.

Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • A MyGovID (Standard level)
  • Willingness to complete a National Police Check

  • Full-time availability Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
