We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Career Coach to support individuals with disability in achieving their employment goals.

As a trusted partner, you will guide participants through every step of their journey, from creating personalized support plans to providing resume and interview coaching, and even assisting with workplace communication and accommodations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Individual Advocacy: Provide direct support to participants, helping them understand their rights and responsibilities, develop personalized employment plans, and build confidence through ongoing coaching.
  • Systemic Advocacy: Identify and report on systemic issues to contribute to broader advocacy efforts and influence positive change in policies and practices.
  • Case Management: Manage your own caseload, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping and compliance with all program guidelines.

You will work closely with senior leaders, contribute to initiatives that positively impact our community, and thrive in a dynamic, supportive environment. Your role will involve empowering individuals with disability to achieve their full potential and live independently.
