Key Responsibilities:- Identify and Secure Employment Opportunities: Work with local employers to secure job placements for participants, utilizing your excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Support Participants in Becoming Job-Ready: Provide tailored support to help participants develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the workforce, including resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
- Enhance Employability through Training and Support: Collaborate with other teams to provide training and support services that enhance participants' employability, such as career counseling, education, and vocational training.
- Develop Personalized Job Plans: Work with participants to create personalized job plans that outline clear employment pathways and goals, providing regular progress updates and adjusting plans as needed.
- Maintain Positive Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers, community groups, and other stakeholders, fostering partnerships that lead to successful job placements and long-term employment outcomes.
- Eligibility to Work in Australia: Hold a valid visa or Australian citizenship.
- Current Driver's License and Vehicle: Possess a current driver's license and own a comprehensively insured vehicle.
- MyGovID (Standard Level): Have a MyGovID account at Standard level.
- National Police Check: Be willing to undergo a National Police Check.
- Working with Children Check: Be able to pass a Working with Children Check.
- Availability: Be available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
