Key Responsibilities:
  • Encouraging and motivating clients to find their own employment;
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities;
  • Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to successful outcomes;
  • Recording, documenting, and ensuring all activity adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements; and
  • Providing exceptional service at every stage of the process.

Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
  • Ideally, demonstrated experience working with people overcoming challenges;
  • Liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Working towards KPIs and making placements resulting in sustainable employment;
  • Desire to be part of our broader team with a true belief in our purpose: connecting people and business so both can thrive; and
  • Hold a current Drivers Licence.
