About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Audit and Compliance Team Lead to join our team at McMillan Shakespeare Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the internal and external audit functions for our operations across Maxxia and RemServ.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and facilitate the coordination of all internal and external audit functions for operations across Maxxia and RemServ.
  • Be the key contact with the Client Engagement and Strategy team to ensure the successful management of our key employer assurance programs.
  • Ensure the key contractual requirements that impact GRS Operations are executed and managed.
  • Manage a team responsible for direct audit activity within the GRS Operations space, focusing on regulatory and contractual compliance requirements.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across multiple areas of MMS, including Tax and Compliance, Client Strategy and Engagement, and Business Systems.
  • Engage with external stakeholders to ensure business needs are met in all interactions.
  • Manage a team towards achieving team-based and individual KPIs, including operational, customer service, and sales metrics.
