Position Summary: The Team Leader for Operations Audit & Compliance is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all internal and external audit functions essential for the Operations division across Maxxia and RemServ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the enhancement of audit management processes within operational sectors, collaborating with GRS operations teams to ensure compliance and readiness for audits.
  • Monitor audit outcomes that necessitate operational changes and partner with operational leaders to implement necessary adjustments across personnel, processes, or technology.
  • Collaborate with contract managers on major contracts to support employer assurance programs and manage required changes impacting GRS operations.
  • Establish and nurture stakeholder relationships across various MMS divisions, including Tax and Compliance, Client Strategy and Engagement, and Business Systems.
  • Engage effectively with external stakeholders to ensure business needs are met, challenging them when necessary to achieve optimal outcomes for clients and the organization.
  • Guide a team towards achieving collective and individual KPIs, conducting regular one-on-one and team meetings to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee workflow and real-time task allocation, monitoring productivity and quality assurance as needed.

  • Demonstrated skill in interpreting numerical data and complex information to fulfill required tasks.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capacity to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficient in engaging with and managing stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
