Remuneration and Benefits Strategist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Remuneration and Benefits Manager to join our Reward and People Operations team at REA Group.
As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on remuneration and benefits to support the attraction and retention of top talent.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our remuneration and benefits programs are aligned with our evolving business needs, and that our employees receive fair and competitive compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our remuneration and benefits strategy
- Provide expert advice and guidance on remuneration and benefits to the People and Culture team
- Manage the day-to-day operation of our remuneration framework, ensuring it remains fit for purpose and competitive
- Lead and manage the annual remuneration reviews process to ensure a good user experience
- Partner with Finance to develop the annual Remuneration Report
- Oversee the implementation of all HR Committee decisions
- Manage the Board and Human Resources Committee (HRC) paper timeline
- Contribute to the preparation of HRC papers and present to the HRC as required
What You'll Need
- Demonstrated remuneration expertise in the ASX environment
- Excellent analytical skills, particularly in the use of Excel
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive and continuous improvement mindset
- A desire to work collaboratively across the P&C function
