About the Opportunity

Australia Post is undergoing a transformation, and we're seeking a skilled professional to lead our Remuneration and Performance function. As a critical member of our People & Culture team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing strategies that align remuneration and reward with organisational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute remuneration and performance strategies that drive business outcomes
  • Lead the development of employee benefits and discounts offers, extending to the wider workforce
  • Establish service level agreements with internal stakeholders to ensure a structured approach to sourcing inputs for performance and remuneration activities
  • Manage financial aspects of the remuneration, performance, benefits portfolio, including purchasing, budgeting, and expenditure

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in human resources or people and culture, with exposure to performance, recognition, benefits, and remuneration
  • Significant experience in formal written communications, such as Board papers and Shareholder submissions
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and guide a team through change

We're looking for a passionate and knowledgeable professional who is passionate about aligning remuneration and performance strategy with organisational success. You'll have a strong ability to influence with data, as well as a strong understanding of themes and trends in the remuneration sector.
