About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Strategist to join our People & Culture team at REA Group. This is a pivotal role that will play a key part in shaping our remuneration and benefits strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective remuneration and benefits programs to support business objectives and attract top talent.
  • Contribute thought leadership in remuneration strategy and ensure alignment with evolving business needs.
  • Provide expertise in equity plan design and administration, short- and long-term incentive plans, and salary surveys.
  • Partner with Finance to develop the annual Remuneration Report and contribute to the AGM process.
  • Oversee the implementation of all HR Committee decisions and communicate these decisions as required.
  • Manage the Board and Human Resources Committee (HRC) paper timeline and contribute to HRC papers.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated remuneration expertise in the ASX environment, whether from a consulting house or directly.
  • Excellent analytical skills, particularly in the use of Excel.
  • Great communication and stakeholder management – able to explain complex programs to employees and key stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • A proactive and continuous improvement mindset to ensure effective application of remuneration plans and core processes.
