Westpac Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to join their Consumer and Customer & Corporate Services (CCS) Divisional Compliance team in an 18-month contract position.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide compliance support to the Divisional Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and Heads of Compliance for the Consumer and CCS Divisions by addressing compliance matters and fostering a Best Practice approach to Compliance Management.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drive efficient quality outcomes for customers and stakeholders.
  • Promote a high-performance culture.
  • Provide proactive, reliable, and relevant compliance advice, training, and monitoring solutions to address business needs.
  • Align to The Westpac Group Strategy, Risk Appetite, and business environment.
  • Effectively communicate and engage with management and staff.
