Job Title: AML Compliance Director - Regional Leadership

We are seeking an experienced AML Compliance Director to lead our regional compliance team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in anti-money laundering regulations and experience in managing complex compliance programs.

The AML Compliance Director will be responsible for:

  • Leading the provision of compliance and regulatory advice to business teams.
  • Developing and executing the Compliance Program across the Oceania and Philippines region.
  • Following regulatory trends and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide proactive compliance advice.
  • Communicating changes to policies and procedures to the business.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field and 10 years of experience in complex retail/consumer financial services/payment services organizations.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a management/supervisory position with multiple direct reports.
  • Experience working in anti-money laundering compliance, general compliance, and/or risk-based compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Diplomatic sensitivity and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including life/accident coverage, superannuation plan, paid time off, employee wellness program, and global recognition and rewards programs.
