We are seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team at our Darwin facility. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading by example, ensuring staff are appropriately trained and supported, and overseeing the completion of loading air/sea containers for export.

The Key Responsibilities of this Role
  • Act as the first point of escalation for customer and supplier related queries
  • Regular liaison with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure strict adherence to legislation and guidelines
  • Complete daily import/export domestic bookings
  • Ensure all AP and AR invoices are entered into CargoWise accurately and in a timely manner
  • Preparation of various reports and general administration
  • Assist on management of Vapour Heat Treatment plant and packshed during the mango export season
  • Supervision and coaching of staff to meet standard of work output required
About You

We are looking for a candidate with at least 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, who has demonstrated leadership skills, is reliable, flexible, and collaborative. A horticulture background or experience is also desirable.
