About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to join our Digital Business team in Business Banking. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and driving the delivery of new initiatives and broader CommBiz roadmap.

As a Senior Product Owner, you will develop new and enhance existing customer experiences, drive continuous improvement and risk initiatives across our Digital platforms. You will partner with business stakeholders to define the product roadmap to deliver digital experiences that meet business priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define the product roadmap
  • Lead scrum teams to drive agile delivery of the product roadmap
  • Manage senior business and technical stakeholders to ensure prioritisation is understood and agreed to
  • Manage the Squad's performance to defined objectives
Requirements
  • Proven experience working across end-to-end Agile projects as a Digital Product Owner
  • Proven technical delivery experience
  • Entitlements experience
  • Influential and confident stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in building best practice and innovative customer experiences, customer engagement and product development
  • Highly analytical skills with a strong commercial acumen
  • A risk management mindset
