About the Role

The Community Capacity & Business Growth Officer plays a critical role in engaging with communities, identifying growth opportunities, and building partnerships to increase client referrals and program participation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver projects resulting in increased capacity and business growth for our Employment Services division in existing and new geographic areas.
  • Carry out community engagement, partnership development, and business development activities to raise awareness of our services in local communities.
  • Work in partnership with community organisations to support the communities we operate in.
  • Develop positive business relationships and establish us as a 'provider of choice' for community organisations and referral providers.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service, record keeping, and compliance with our service delivery model, policies, and procedures.
Selection Criteria
  • Qualifications in Business Management, Project Management, Marketing, or similar desirable or willingness to work towards.
  • Customer-centric approach and ability to meet customer service standards, KPIs, and targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, persuasion, and rapport-building abilities.
  • Relationship-building skills and ability to grow networks and new business relationships.
  • Good working knowledge of local, state, and national labour markets.
  • Strong ethics, accountability, and integrity.
