Energy Transition Leader

The role requires a highly motivated and experienced Energy Transition Leader to lead our South Queensland Power Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic planning, project management and people management expertise to drive business performance and achieve sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and realising business opportunities in line with our company's values and market strategy.
  • Managing the commercial performance of the Business Group.
  • Providing vision and direction for the South Queensland Power business.
  • Building relationships with existing and potential clients and partners.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering or a related field.
  • Significant professional experience gained within an engineering consultancy or similar industry.
  • Demonstrated technical capability across power and energy sector projects delivered for public and private sectors.
  • Experience working on diverse infrastructure projects including renewable energy, transport and resource sectors.
  • A strong awareness of environmental issues relevant to infrastructure projects.
  • Effective business development, networking and client relationship management skills.
  • The ability to coach, mentor and develop team members.
