As our project portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking an accomplished
Senior Project Manager
to join our expanding Brisbane team. This pivotal role will see you lead large-scale solar and BESS projects from concept through to completion, ensuring technical excellence, commercial success, and lasting client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and collaborate with planning teams on detailed project schedules.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire multidisciplinary project teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Oversee procurement of equipment, materials, and subcontractors, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, contractors, regulators, and stakeholders, ensuring project alignment and satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate reporting and maintain accountability for successful project outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years managing large-scale solar and/or BESS projects, including at least one solar farm of 50MW+.
  • Strong technical and commercial knowledge of solar technologies, storage systems, and grid integration.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, while maintaining exceptional safety and quality standards.
  • Solid financial acumen with expertise in contracts, cost control, and dispute resolution.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a track record of building strong external and internal relationships.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMI, NABERS, CEM) highly regarded.
