- Meet monthly targets and exceed customer expectations through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Utilize software systems to record data history and analyze sales performance.
- Deliver vehicles promptly and efficiently, while providing post-delivery support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Exemplify company values and supporting behaviors in all interactions.
- You possess expertise in selling high-end luxury vehicles and are dedicated to delivering exceptional results.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for building strong relationships with customers.
- A competitive spirit, enthusiasm, and ability to listen and understand customer needs are crucial for success.
- Reliability, honesty, motivation, and a well-presented appearance are also vital traits for this role.
- The ability to build lasting relationships and drive sales growth is key to achieving excellence in this position.
- Potential OTE $200k plus company vehicle.
- Guaranteed commissions for the first three months.
