Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer interactions and problem resolution.
  • Maintain accurate customer issue records using software.
  • Produce monthly reports for customers as required in their Service Agreements.
  • Process returns, exchanges, repairs, or other transactions accurately and efficiently.

To Be Successful:

  • Customer service experience in a B2B environment.
  • A strong passion for customer service and a willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and other relevant tools.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
