About The Role

Join Kinetic IT as a Business Excellence Coordinator and drive high impact support across customer surveys, document & records management and continuous improvement. You will provide timely, compliant, and high-quality support for Kinetic IT's customer engagement and quality systems.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Surveys: Coordinate sessions, manage data in the CRM, distribute survey materials, and track feedback and improvement records.
  • Administration and Coordination: Provide general support to the team to ensure seamless daily operations, support for meeting, compiling of reports, and maintenance of the QMS hub
  • Document & Record control processes: monitor review cycles, upload documents, manage metadata& version controls, tracking record retention periods, and maintenance of registers.
  • Continuous Improvement Practices: Assign improvement requests, track records and improvements, assure compliance to service levels.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Coordination or administration support experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
  • Skilled in coordinating, scheduling, formatting and be detail oriented.
  • Knowledge of document/record management and survey tools.
  • Excellent communication and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Skilled in collaborating across teams while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
