Key Responsibilities- Client Onboarding: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to our solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to improve product adoption and overall customer satisfaction.
- Analytics and Insights: Leverage data and analytics to proactively engage with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their evolving needs.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to advocate for client needs, driving business growth and customer loyalty.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in software facilitation, preferably in the fleet telematics industry.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, such as Salesforce.
