Customer Success Advocate

About the Role
The Customer Success Specialist at REO Group is a key member of our Customer Experience team. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients during the onboarding process and throughout their journey with us.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for clients post-sale to ensure a seamless implementation of our solutions.
- Manage the onboarding experience by interacting with clients and internal resources to meet key milestones.
- Utilize analytics to proactively engage with our existing customer base, driving product adoption and ensuring their success throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and channel partners to advocate for the voice of the customer.
- Develop strong partnerships and manage relationships to resolve customer issues.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, providing exceptional customer service.
- Outstanding follow-up and follow-through skills to ensure customer success.
- Experience in software facilitation, preferably with a focus on fleet telematics.
- Proficiency in using a CRM tool, such as Salesforce.
