About the Role:

This is a key leadership position that drives business excellence across various areas, leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness. The Business Excellence Lead will develop strategic plans, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimise business processes through aggregation, bundling, consolidation, rationalisation, or re-engineering for key spend categories.
  • Develop business plans and stakeholder strategies that improve performance and deliver value.
  • Provide advice on complex business issues, including market approach, sourcing strategy, and negotiations.
  • Guide process management practices and recommend improved tools, templates, and approaches to enhance profitability and compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and influence decision-making to drive business change.
  • Manage competing stakeholder priorities and business improvement initiatives using strategic thinking and influence.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Commerce, or minimum 5 years' experience in business management, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Experience in strategic planning, business development, and organisational knowledge.
  • Advanced analytical, critical reasoning, and creative thinking skills.
  • Strong influencing, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
