As a leader in process excellence, you will play a pivotal role in driving business results by establishing and maintaining clear frameworks for governance.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that processes are well-documented, up-to-date, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Leading assurance activities such as internal audits, maturity assessments, and compliance reviews to monitor adherence to core processes and risk controls.
  • Identifying process inefficiencies, duplication, and gaps through operational review, assurance activity, and team feedback.
  • Facilitating continuous improvement workshops to engage functions in identifying and implementing enhancements.
  • Owning the design, structure, and governance of regional reporting frameworks to ensure alignment with business priorities, risk frameworks, and process maturity.
  • Leading the implementation of new or updated processes with a structured approach to engagement, communication, and behavioural change.
  • Developing supporting tools, guides, and training content to ensure change is adopted consistently.

This requires someone with proven experience in process improvement, governance, or operational assurance, strong understanding of change management, and excellent communication, documentation, and visualisation skills.
