Senior Care Specialist

You will play a vital role in identifying the needs of older adults and connecting them with essential services that promote their independence and quality of life.

Your Key Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in aged care, including client assessments and/or service delivery.
  • Tertiary education in a health-related discipline (e.g., nursing, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, social work).
  • Current unrestricted General Registration with AHPRA or relevant professional association.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and client management systems.
  • A current Australian driver's licence, comprehensively insured vehicle, and the ability to travel within your service area.
