About the Role

The successful candidate will lead and coach a high-performing payroll team, managing end-to-end payroll operations including compliance, tax, and annual reporting. They will also be responsible for driving continuous process improvements to optimise systems and payroll strategy, as well as resolving complex payroll issues and providing strategic insights and solutions to key stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on leadership
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present financial data to leadership
  • Experience working in a large matrix organisation

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $180,000 - $190,000 per annum.
