Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compensation and Benefits Administrator to join our dynamic team within Finance. In this role, you will play a key part in managing compensation and benefits for all our Australian and New Zealand legal entities, ensuring compliance and accuracy across all statutory reporting activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage fortnightly payrolls
  • Manage integration of Data from Workday to ADP
  • Ensure new employees, terminations and any change to employment is accounted for in a timely and accurate manner
  • Liaise with Finance to ensure sufficient balance is provided for disbursement
  • Preparation and lodgement of Payroll tax returns
  • Year End processing and Income Statement Processing
  • Manage payroll inbox to ensure employees' requests and queries are processed within KPI's
  • Prepare payroll journals after each payroll
  • Reconciliation of clearing accounts

About the Team:

The Finance team at Kaplan Australia is responsible for providing financial guidance and support to the business. As a member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other departments to drive business growth and improve financial performance.

What We Offer:

Our salary for this position is approximately $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive 26 days annual leave, including one day for your birthday, and 13 weeks paid parental leave. Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years Payroll experience (essential)
  • Payroll System experience (essential)
  • Strong Customer Focus
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent Time Management
  • Microsoft Excel to intermediate
  • Demonstrates the ability and willingness to learn
