Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Management Professional to oversee the administration of our employee benefit programs. This is a critical role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of various benefit plans and regulations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing benefit programs, evaluating and negotiating with service providers, managing enrollments and determining employee eligibility, and handling all benefit compensation and reimbursement procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Benefit Program Design: Develop and implement benefit programs that meet the needs of our employees, including insurance, wellness, and retirement plans.
  • Service Provider Evaluation and Negotiation: Evaluate and negotiate with service providers to ensure optimal benefits and pricing for our company.
  • Enrollment and Eligibility Management: Manage enrollments and determine employee eligibility for benefits, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Benefit Compensation and Reimbursement: Handle all benefit compensation and reimbursement procedures, including timely payment of monthly premiums.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Benefit Plan Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of various benefit plans, including retirement, health, and dental insurance.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Strong understanding of relevant regulations and laws governing benefits administration.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, management, and external partners.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
