A highly sought-after opportunity has arisen for an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team in Sydney, Australia.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing Thales' compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with Australian employment laws and regulations. This includes designing and implementing competitive remuneration packages, superannuation schemes, and bonus structures that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Australian payroll, superannuation, and tax legislation
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of new policies and procedures
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement in compensation and benefits programs
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external vendors

To excel in this role, you'll require:

  • Significant experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a similar industry or sector
  • Proven expertise in Australian employment law and regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop strategic recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders

We offer a competitive salary package, including base salary range $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus superannuation, bonuses, and benefits.
