We are seeking a skilled HR Data Analyst to join our HR Transformation team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis and HR systems, as well as strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from various sources, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and payroll platforms.
  • Provide valuable insights and recommendations to project leadership on HR data.
  • Prepare and clean data for the incoming systems, ensuring integrity and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to enhance data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR analytics or a similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and HR compliance.
