Drive Digital Sales Growth
This role is responsible for accelerating the growth of our B2C and B2B channels. As a key member of the digital team, you will oversee the sales outcomes across all ecommerce sites and manage a team of professionals.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Developing strategies to accelerate the growth of our online sales channels
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize ecommerce sales
- Implementing tactics to drive online sales and emulate the corporate ecommerce strategy
- Managing the end-to-end customer journey from leads to sales completion for both new and existing customers
You will require:
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role
- Digital strategy and budgeting expertise
- Solid technical and commercial understanding of Google Analytics, Magento, Shopify, WordPress, social media platforms, website tagging, creative content, SEO, performance marketing, and content management systems
