We are currently seeking a highly experienced leader to oversee an established Residential Aged Care home, driving quality care and operational excellence.

About the Role

In this position, you'll take full responsibility for leadership and management of the home, including clinical oversight, service delivery, financial and resource management, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and operational management of the home.
  • Ensure clinical care and services meet best practice standards and exceed resident expectations.
  • Develop and deliver business and operational plans, budgets, and strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor staff, building a culture of professionalism and collaboration.
  • Maintain high standards of compliance, risk management, and quality assurance.
About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A nursing qualification and current registration.
  • Proven experience managing a Residential Aged Care facility.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Strong financial and resource management skills.
  • Experience driving change and implementing improvement initiatives.
