Job Opportunity: Residential Care Home Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Care Home Manager to oversee all operations of our residential home. The successful candidate will have a strong clinical and non-clinical team to support them, including a Clinical Manager, Clinical Care Coordinator group Quality, Clinical support and educators.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a passion for delivering high-quality care in a residential setting. As the Residential Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and support.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Experience managing a residential aged care facility or similar regulated industry
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Knowledge of accreditation standards and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The ideal candidate will be up-to-date with the changing environment of Aged Care and have a great understanding of aged care legislation. They will also possess superior communication skills, both written and verbal.

Besides being a strong leader, you should be able to effectively manage resources, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records. Additionally, you should be familiar with relevant policies and procedures and be able to implement them accordingly.
