Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of a 100-bed facility in Adelaide. As part of a large aged care provider, you will be responsible for managing a team and driving excellence in care.

  • Lead and manage a diverse team
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with accreditation standards

The ideal candidate will have experience as a DON/FM in a large residential aged care facility, and possess strong leadership skills, knowledge of ACFI/AN-ACC, and up-to-date understanding of the changing environment of aged care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality care
  • Manage and lead a team to achieve excellence in care
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to drive results

Requirements:

  • Experience as a DON/FM in a large residential aged care facility
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
  • Knowledge of ACFI/AN-ACC and understanding of aged care trends
