Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee a Residential Aged Care facility, driving quality care and operational excellence.

This role involves taking full responsibility for the leadership and management of the home, including clinical oversight, service delivery, financial and resource management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will inspire and lead high-performing teams, deliver exceptional resident outcomes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and operational management of the facility.
  • Ensure clinical care and services meet best practice standards and exceed resident expectations.
  • Develop and deliver business and operational plans, budgets, and strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor staff, building a culture of professionalism and collaboration.
  • Maintain high standards of compliance, risk management, and quality assurance.
About You
  • Nursing qualification and current registration.
  • Proven experience managing a Residential Aged Care facility.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Strong financial and resource management skills.
  • Experience driving change and implementing improvement initiatives.
