The role of Application Support Specialist involves providing frontline support to retail and corporate clients through timely responses to enquiries via phone and email, while ensuring excellent customer service.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver first-line client support for utilizing cloud-based advice technology
  • Develop and maintain effective training plans to meet the evolving needs of clients
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and document all inquiries and solutions within the Midwinter ticketing system
  • Respond to telephone or email inquiries within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Capture product enhancements and implement beneficial changes to improve client experience
  • Engage in proactive client retention activities to foster long-term relationships
\Requirements\
  • Understanding of the Financial Planning/Wealth Management industry
  • Experience in customer support services with strong relationship management skills
  • RG 146 (Diploma in Financial Planning) is highly desirable
  • Negotiation and resolution skills to effectively address client concerns
  • Ability to work well under pressure and communicate timelines clearly
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
