**Project Coordinator Opportunity**

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the smooth planning and coordination of construction projects. Your leadership and attention to detail will be essential in driving collaboration across teams and ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate day-to-day activities across multiple sites
- Schedule resources, manage timelines, and track progress
- Liaise with site supervisors, subcontractors, technicians and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations
- Monitor jobs and provide reporting on job activities
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively to keep things on track
- Managing purchase orders and work orders

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in construction coordination or project/site management
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Great communicator with the ability to lead and motivate teams
- Solid knowledge of Australian building standards and OH&S regulations
- A can-do attitude with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., SimPRO) is a plus
