About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to lead our ServiceNow projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion, quality delivery, and customer satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of technical deliverables, design specifications documentation, and customer workshops
  • Ensure all technical deliverables are complete, accurate, consistent, high-quality, on time, and meet customer expectations
  • Design solutions that meet customer needs and align with ServiceNow best practices
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow project delivery, managing teams, and leading customer engagements
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow Sales & Messaging Foundation Accreditation, ServiceNow Sales or Presales Accreditation in 3+ Product Lines, and ServiceNow CSA
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow licensing and ability to provide platform insight and forward thinking on ServiceNow upgrades, new releases, and future roadmaps
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate value proposition and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow Expert Programs - ArchX, CWA, CTA, or CMA
  • Business Domain Certifications (e.g., ITIL, Scrum Master, PRINCE2)
  • Fujitsu People Leader Development Training as per region
