About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned business leader to join our team and drive commercial growth across the region.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with key customers to understand their needs and preferences, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders at management and engineering levels.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities across the region, focusing on Process Development, Flex Factories, Aseptic filling, complex hardware or customized hardware and other services.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and account managers to increase customer qualification and drive business growth.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in engineering or biopharma.
  • Proven track record of commercial success in multiple bioprocessing modalities, with expertise in product management, offering development and large deals.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing and engineering principles, including quality and regulatory understanding of bioprocessing modalities.
