Meat Department Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to manage our meat department.

  • Manage a small team and create effective rosters to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Generate accurate orders and conduct regular stock takes to maintain inventory levels.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and provide outstanding customer service to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage the team effectively to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
  • Control costs accurately and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
Requirements:
  • Australian trade qualification in Butchery (essential).
  • Fresh food retail knowledge and experience in a leadership role are highly desirable.
  • The ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business goals.
  • An understanding of gross profit calculations and financial management principles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
