Diploma Qualified Childcare Team Leader

We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Lead Educator to join our team at Melbourne campuses.
This position is responsible for ensuring child safety and welfare, educating and caring for children to high standards, and building trusting relationships with each child.
Responsibilities:- Ensure child safety and welfare by actively supervising and interacting with children.
- Educate and care for children to high standards, engaging them in meaningful interactions that support life and learning skills.
- Build trusting relationships with each child and foster a nurturing environment.
- Provide childcare services that comply with national regulations and the National Quality Framework (NQF).
- Contribute to the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) requirements and ensure delivery of routines and programs specific to the room.
- Implement the Grow curriculum and document children's learning through the OAC Connect app.
- Create engaging learning environments aligned with OAC Grow.
- Work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and achieving positive outcomes in consultation with the Campus Director.
Main Responsibilities:
- Inspire children through play-based activities and mentor a team of Educators.
- Plan and program with support from the OAC Grow Curriculum and EYLF.
- Maintain ongoing records of children's development and assist with daily room tasks.
- Maintain a commitment to child safety and wellbeing in everyday practices.
