What we're looking for:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Previous leadership experience or confidence to step into a leadership role
• A genuine love for children, learning, and collaborative teamwork
• Applicable certifications in child safety and first aid (or willing to obtain)
• Valid WWC Card/up to date Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• A big-picture thinker who's also across the details
• A team player, go getter, ideas person, great communicator and positive thinker
