About the Role

As an Assistant Educator, you will support local families in Victoria by providing a safe and stimulating environment for children.

You will play a key role in assisting Room Leaders and other qualified educators to deliver social and educational activities that foster a child's sense of belonging, resilience, kindness, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care programs.
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of daily activities, including educational and recreational programs.
  • Work collaboratively with Room Leaders and other educators to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.
What We Offer:

Part-time opportunity working 20 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday, covering staff lunch breaks and the Service Leader program and planning.

About You

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Educator who holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent).

You should have a solid understanding of early learning quality standards and educational frameworks.
