Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educators Sought

We are looking for Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educators with a genuine passion for Early Childhood education and development to join our team as a Diploma Room Leader.

  • To be successful in this role, you will need to ensure child safety and welfare at all times by actively supervising and interacting with children.
  • You will educate and care for children to high standards, engaging them in meaningful interactions that support life and learning skills.
  • Your ability to interact with each child in a warm and responsive way and build trusting relationships is essential.
  • Fostering a nurturing environment for children at the campus is also a key requirement of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Active supervision and interaction with children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being.
  2. Educating and caring for children to high standards, focusing on meaningful interactions that support life and learning skills.
  3. BUILDING TRUSTING RELATIONSHIPS with each child through warm and responsive interactions.
  4. Fostering a NURTURING ENVIRONMENT for children at the campus.
About the Role:
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognised Registered Training Organisation (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Minimum of two years full-time relevant work experience
  • Genuine passion for Early Childhood education and development
  • Creative, supportive, and cooperative team player
